Leak

A leak usually signals a problem with a seal, hose, or component, identified by the fluid’s color, location, and smell.

Clear/watery is often AC condensation (normal) or washer fluid
Green/pink/yellow slimy is coolant
Red/pinkish is transmission/power steering
Brown/dark is old oil/brake fluid
Fuel-smelling is gasoline
Dark/thick/oily is engine oil

All leaks need immediate attention as it affects brakes, steering, or engine function, requiring prompt mechanic diagnosis to prevent serious damage.
