No Start in a vehicle means, for some reason during the starting process, the engine did not start.
A no start condition can be broken down into two groups, the engine turned over, but did not start. And, the engine, did not turn over at all.
Both are bad, but at least if the engine turns over, you can eliminate the battery, as the source of the problem.
So, a no start with the engine not turning over, is the easier repair, because it usually involves the battery, starter or ignition switch. But, one that turns over and does not start, can be a problem. Because, it’s much harder to diagnose and repair.
